Ms. Anderson was appointed Chief Financial Officer for the University of Utah October 1, 2018. She served as Associate Vice President for Budget and Planning beginning July 1, 2011 and added the appointment of Chief Financial Officer–Main Campus July 1, 2016. She served in these roles until her current appointment. Prior to these positions, she served as Associate Dean for Finance and Administration in the School of Medicine at the University of Utah from 2003 to 2011. Before joining the University, she was CFO for Cimarron Software. From 1985 to 1996, she held several positions with the Utah State Auditor’s Office. Ms. Anderson received her B.A. and M.B.A. from the University of Utah and became a certified public accountant in 1986.
